In this chapter God speaks to Moses from the Holy of holies explaining how He wants the Levites to prepare to serve Him. When we serve God, have we prayed beforehand, asked for His strength, relying on the Spirit? It's easy to do ministry in our own strength with no preparation. But, do we actually accomplish anything for God?
